Who looks after what, on The Party Day.
Laura looks after the party
- Setting up and styling the room before the doors open
- The order of the party: arrivals, games, food, the cake, goodbyes
- Your suppliers' timings: the entertainer, the food, the cake
- Party bags laid out ready for home time
- Up to an hour of pack-down afterwards
Parents look after the children
- The children, from the moment they arrive to home time
- Anyone who needs a hand, a hug or the toilet
- Handing each child back to their grown-up
- Food and drink, from the suppliers you book
Does Laura look after the children?
No. Parents look after the children for the whole party. Laura looks after the party: the set-up, the order of the day and the pack-down.
Bouncy castles and inflatables
Laura doesn't hire or run inflatables. If an inflatable firm is on the shortlist Laura gives you, it shows a PIPA tag or ADIPS declaration.
Food and drink
Yours to buy, from your venue, a caterer or the shops. On The Party Day, Laura keeps the food timings in the order of the party.
Entertainers and the hall
Yours to book. The plan pack shortlists up to 6 local suppliers with prices you can check.
How many guests?
The Party Day covers up to 50 guests. More than that is Something bigger, with a written quote. The packages
