How booking works
From your first message to the start of the work, in four steps.
1. Your first message
Send the short form on Laura's Linktree, or message her on Instagram or LinkedIn. Laura replies to find a time for the call.
2. The free discovery call
A free conversation about what you need, with nothing to buy. Afterwards Laura sends a written plan: what she would do, and its price.
How and when you pay is set out in the written plan, before you agree.
3. Confirmed by email
Laura confirms every booking by email before any work starts. Work starts after that confirmation, on the date you agree.
For work in your home, the booking details and the model cancellation form come with the written plan, before you agree to go ahead, on paper or, if you agree, on another durable medium; an early start is asked for in the same way.
4. Changing your mind
Services not tied to a date, such as monthly hours, a one-off fix, a set-up or a plan: you have 14 days to change your mind after booking. Work starts inside those 14 days only if you ask for it; if you then cancel, you make a proportionate payment for the work already done. If you ask for work to start inside the 14 days and agree that you lose the right to cancel once it is finished, you can no longer cancel after the work is complete.
Workshops, events and seasonal visits booked for a date: you have 14 days to change your mind after booking.
Downloads: you can cancel within 14 days, unless you ask to have it straight away and agree in writing that you lose that right.
To cancel, tell Laura clearly through her contact form, Instagram or LinkedIn. You can use the model cancellation form, but you do not have to.
If something is not right
If something is not right, tell Laura the same way.
Free, and nothing to buy.
